Some initial swelling, hard to swallow
First time taking Creatine, so have little to compare it to. However, for the first week I have had low level bloating after consumption. And the salty taste is really quite unpleasant (I wouldn't recommend mixing it with anything but water or it's undrinkable!). I struggle to drink it in the suggested amount of water - so whilst it's less diluted, it is quicker to gulp down! Benefits tbc. . .

Awful taste
I don't know if it really enhances my performance or not, I started to use it same time I started to increase my training and I feel good as if someone will start exercising regularly, that's it. And the 3 mg dose is too low to make a conclusion. Why such a small dose needs to have enhanced absorption, I don't understand it? For the cost of such a horrible taste? I count days when I will finish the pack because of the taste. I don't like to waste money. Honestly I thought I will get used to it, but no. And my tongue is swollen and hurting sometimes from this black pepper. . .

I enjoyed this créatine but
I enjoyed this créatine but my reason for four stars is that the black pepper that’s added to enhance it, is very tangy. So it’s a taste to get used to - not one to pop in your coffee without knowing it’s there!
