I’ve seen a significant rise my ferritin levels since using the iron c , which I’m pleased with as my levels were low . They are now at a good level , and I will continue to use until I reach an optimal level . They are gentle on digestion, with absolutely no side effects, I would recommend to anyone who has struggled to find a gentle on the digestive system, iron tablet .
