Shake gently before use. Adults 18+ take up to 15 drops (.5 mL) 1 to 3 times daily, or as recommended by a physician or healthcare professional. Amazing brand and perfect dose
I decided to take pumpkin seed oil to help with hair shedding. This is the perfect dose - most brands online do around 1000mg which is too much - this is perfect at around 400mg and seems to be helping as I’m noticing less hair shedding and fall out.
