Lumen is a handheld device that measures your metabolism in real time by analysing the CO₂ levels in your breath. Using advanced sensors, it detects whether your body is burning carbohydrates or fat for fuel, giving you instant metabolic feedback. This insight helps tailor your nutrition and lifestyle choices, optimising your energy levels, fat-burning potential, and overall metabolic health.
With a 12-month Lumen membership included & preloaded onto the device, you'll receive tailored nutrition plans updated daily, macro tracking and meal suggestions, insights and recommendations for smarter habit formation, metabolic coaching and support, and integrations with Apple Health, Google Fit, and Garmin. Plus, the new AI food logging feature allows you to log meals using photo and voice recognition.

The CO2 concentration is measured using a unique breath maneuver, which is performed by inhaling a fixed volume of air through the Lumen device (dynamic to each individual), holding it for 10 seconds, and exhaling fully.
