I took these on the GR20 - in an unusually hotter summer than usual they were an absolute godsend. The lemonade salt was the perfect tonic physically and emotionally!!!

Really good flavour to choose if you're looking for a more subtle taste that's nice but not too strong.
I drink one of these
I drink one of these every day and have really noticed a difference in my PoTS type symptoms. I originally had a sampler box with 4 different flavours, I wish they did a larger size box with mixed flavours but went with the lemonade one as it was my favourite. I have a large Stanley tumbler (1. 2L) and put the sachet in there. It's more than they say on the box but I find diluting it more stops it being too salty, and you can mainly just taste the hint of lemonade.
